What Causes Recurrent Soreness In The Stomach?

Last week I was sick with a really sore tummy and no energy, however I didn t vomit at all. My brother also had the same, however he was vomiting. My mum and sister all have the same now and they are all vomiting. I am starting to get a sore tummy again and I am worried I m getting the illness again. Is it possible to get it two times in two weeks?
