What Causes Recurring UTI S?

Hello. I had a UTI a few months back in October, and not too long after taking antibiotics I did the depo. The thing is the antibiotics gave me a yeast infection and sex is very painful since that UTI. I took several duflicans but it still burned when I peed and it itched. I then had another UTI, I m on my 4th round of antibiotics in 2 months and it s still not going away. Sex is still very painful, we stopped having it for a long time. (6months almost) and I have been tested for std s, it came out negative. I just don t know what to do, does the depo have anything to do with it?

drink lots and lots of water....thats the best and easy way to reduce uti.....and clean that area thoroughly with soap and water...always maintain cleanliness in that area.......and drink lots n lots of water.........best cure..
