What Causes Recurring UTI?

I have for the past 3 months have symptoms of a urinary tract infection. I go on antibotics, the symptoms go but after a few weeks off the antibotics,
I get the symptoms again and when it is tested it always show leucocytes-large amount. My symptoms are the feeling of wanting to void all the time.
