I am having recurring acid reflux and need to get it under control. I am 82, live alone, and have some experience with medical care. I watch what I eat, but this seems more like a medicine problem. I take medications for blood pressure, anti seizure and depression.

don't lie down immediately after food Reduce the quantity of liquid foods Avoid smoking and alcohol
