i have been seeing blood in my stool off & on since 4-8-14. that date was the first time this happened, time was 9:07 pm, the 2nd time was 4-22-14 @ 2:41 pm, the 3rd time was 4-26-14 @ 10:42 pm then again shortly after. around the last time i saw blood in my stool, i had seen a little bit of res, (blood) after my urine. yesterday 5-19-14 @ 6:14 pm my ejaculation was completely red. please, please, what is going on with me? i m very extreamly scared. please help. Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history Of blood in stool as well as urine and ejaculation. The causes can be grouped into two: 1. Related to bleeding and clotting disorders. Needs complete coagulation profile to confirm or rule out such causes. 2. Local problems: Piles, urinary tract infection with prostatitis. Can e malignancy involving both the rectum and prostate. I would advise you the following: Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination of anus, rectum by digital examination, of prostate. Ano-proctoscopy and Colonoscopy. MRI of the region This will give the probable diagnosis and plan for management.
