General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The recurring discomfort and stiffness behind the knee is related to damages on the knee occurring over years ending up with these symptoms. I think it's time to run some investigations on your knee including X-ray and MRI of the knee to evaluate the changes and determine the right diagnosis. For the moment, try not to move the knee, apply Glucosamine lotion, and take Glucosamine supplement orally. Discuss this further with your caring doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
