What Causes Recurring Fever, Dizziness, Body Pain And Nausea?

I get evening fever around 5 pm everyday, 99-100, dizziness, body ache, fatigue and little nausea. My wrists ache too. Can you please help! I have hypothyroidism which is in control, i take 100mcg of synthroid everyday. I have severe vitamin d deficiency too. Please advise!

Evening rise temperature is always seen with tuberculosis.
Your other symptoms also supports my diagnosis.
