What Causes Recurring Pain In Lower Back?

I am a 23 year old student. About 3 months ago, I experienced a sharp pain in the lower right back. I went through tests for any kidney stone, but they were all negative. I also went through X-rays, MRI and a few blood tests. MRI and X Ray reports revealed no problems. However, my Vitamin D count was extremely low. It was 5 and according to the report normal range is 30-100. I am currently taking Vitamin D supplements. Its been a month now. But I started experiencing the pain again in the lower right back again. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello
I can understand your concerns.
You must continue with your vitamin D supplements and keep a frequent check on blood vitamin D levels.

For the back pain, i have some suggestions for you:

Avoid sitting for more than 30minutes at a stretch. Take a walk around in your room for 5-10 minutes.

Keep your posture correct.

Take a pain killer tablet when needed. Apply analgesic ointment over the painful area.

Consult a physiotherapist to learn back strengthening exercises.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
