Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This pinkish color bump inside anus might be external haemorrhoids 1st degree or polyp or cyst.

But it needs to be re-checked by visual inspection around the anus and proctoscopy test by a general surgeon to have a clear diagnosis.

However,You can take below treatment meanwhile for symptomatic relief.

1) Antibiotics (ofloxacin with antiprotozoals like metronidazole or ornidazole),

2) Topical application of steroids with lignociane creams or ointments to reduce pain, inflammation and itching.

3) Hot sitz bath,

4) Laxatives or purgatives to have a soft and effortless stool evacuation.

5) Vitamin b complex with folic acid.

You may consult general surgeon for complete history, thoroughly examination and treatment if above measures do not help to subside from the symptoms within 3 to 4 days.

Hope this information will help you.

Thanks and Regards,
