What Causes Recurring Pricking Sensation In The Arms?

My 4 year old boy get reoccurring pins and needles. At night its mainly in arms and he will shout in middle of night for me. Through the day he will get it in legs if sitting for aa long time. His teacher said he will not sit cross legged as he gets it.

Please see if there is any rash or mosquito bites or involuntary movements or absence seizures or urticaria or staphylococcus infection or burrows seen in scabies or cutaneous larva migrans etc.Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
