What Causes Recurring Sickness, Headache, Nausea And Belching?

I have a combination of sick headache, nausea and belching - may last two to five days, go away, then come back, none of it seemingly related to anything I am eating or doing. This has been going on for some months. Am currently taking nortriptyline for nausea, which has helped with the severity of the nausea, but nevertheless, the nausea still comes back with the belching, accompanied usually by a headache in the back of the head and neck, and temples. Any ideas?
