What Causes Recurring Stomach Pain Associated With Vomiting?

I'm in the navy and currently stationed in Belgium. I have a 19 year old son who's had this recurring stomach pain that is associated with vomiting since Dec 31, 2010. So far he's been referred to a gastroentrology, he's had CAT SCAN, MRI, X-RAYS, blood drawn/test and 24-urine sampling but they can't find anything that might be the cause of the stomach pain/vomiting. They said from his MRI they confirm that he has fat on/around his liver. When he gets sick he stays sick for 3-8 days, he vomits about 4-5 times a day but the vomiting decreases as days pass by..

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be allergic condition which might have developed the gastritis if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with the following medicines 1) Tab Omeprazole 40mg once in day 2) Tab Domperidone three times in day 3) Tab Diphenhydramine three times in day, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
