What Causes Recurring Stomach Pain, Constipation And Headaches?

My 9 year old daughter has been complaining on and off of stomach ache for some time - we went to see a peadiatrician who has told her to eep a food diary for 2 months - we are due to go back in March - she was also constipated but this has eased and she is now suffering from really bad dizzy spells and headaches - she says her head is spinning faster and faster and it makes her feel sick as well as stomach aches . . . any ideas?

Hi...by what you quote I feel that your kid might be having a vertigo which is related to a middle ear problem. I don't think this is related to the pain abdomen or constipation she had. If it is vertigo her head will feel dizzy and she feels like spinning every time she changes her position like standing from sitting position or turning her head side ways etc.

If this is so - I suggest you seek the consultation of an ENT surgeon with pediatric experience.
