What Causes Recurring Stomach Pain?

I am a male, and I weigh about 180 lbs. I'm about 6'2." I have been getting a severe stomach pain every now and then. It occurs in my lower abdomin, and happens after eating breakfast (usually milk), or after going to the gym. The only way to describe the pain is that I feel like I am getting kicked in the balls.
