What Causes Recurring Vomiting And Diarrhea To A 2 Year Old?

My 2 year old has been vomiting off and on for about a week. She has also had diarreha for one day. This morning she threw up and it was dark brown and thick. She is acting normal as far as her activity. She is not running a fever. What should my concerns be?

Dark brown thick vomiting may be due to altered bleeding from stomach.
