What Causes Red And Splotchy Rash Around Neck And Suggest Treatment?
I wear sterling silver jewelry and I have a very red and splotchy rash around my neck which is itchy and burns too. I have applied Hydrocordizone white cream and it seems to help however I would like to know why this happens and the best way to treat it please.

Thank you for query.It may be due to contact allergies to metals like nickel etc. So please avoid wearing jeweleries which can cause such rashes.You may need the topical like hydro cortisone to treat it.Avoidance is best.
