Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I would like to know if you are sexually active without any contraception, have a missed period or a confirmed pregnancy. From the description you have given, it appears as if you have passed some products or a membranous cast. A histopathological examination of the expelled material can give the actual facts. If you are not sure of any pregnancy, you should get a blood test to clarify. A proper clinical assessment by a specialist needs to be done to detect the cause and plan further management. You also need a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route to know the status of the pelvic organs. Hope this helps.
