What Causes Red/brown Watery Discharge With Mild Pain?
Hi, I haven't been tracking my cycles for the last couple of months, but I do know that I didn't miss my period last month. Thursday last week, I started getting mild period-like pains. Then Tuesday I started to get a very light brown/pink discharge (still having mild period-like pains. This morning I woke up, and I was having spasms where my right ovary would be. I arrived at work, and I went to the toilet and I had a red/brown watery discharge. Last night I took a pregnancy test, and it was negative. I also have terrible flactulance!
All this is very abnormal for me. Does this anything like early pregnancy symptoms?

Hello,
I don't think this is a pregnancy sign.
May be it is an infection.
And your period is coming, but may be delayed due to hormone insufficiency.
