What Causes Red Bump On Wrist And Rashes All Over Body?

I m on vacation in America for the past week and a half and five days ago I noticed a red mosquito looking bump on my wrist, and since then I ve gotten about ten more scatter all over my body, waist up, including a couple of rashes, and it keeps getting worse, what do you think it may be?
