What Causes Red Bumps In My 22 Month Old's Spine?

Hello

I noticed my 22 month old had three red bumps along his spine. He did not have them three hours ago. He has not fallen on his spine recently. He did have tubes put in his hears last Friday. He is on amox/augmenten. Please offer any advice.

Thank you
Kristy

Boils anywhere in skin could be staphylococcal infection....cloxacillin can be added ..if no response cultures should be taken and depending on sensitivity pattern antibiotic can be changed....else vancomycin is a good option
