What Causes Red/burning Penis After Using Dettol Wipes?
Hi I just had sex with my girlfriend. She have period and her period is on my penis, blood all over on it and I decided to used dettol wipe and cleaned it off. But now I notice different on my penis as it is red and bit burning. Is it normal? Can I prevent it? I did went into bathroom and used water to wash it off but it s still sore.. Any advice?

You have developed infection of the Glans penis due to unprotected sex with your female partner during her menstrual period .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Augmentin along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
