What Causes Red Cheeks With Fever?
My middle son(2 years) had a fever the other day with red cheeks, overall miserable. Feels fine now.
Today, my eldest son(4 years) has a fever with the same red cheeks and feels very miserable. What could be causing this exact issue? I also have a 6 month old son, should I be worried about him, as well?

From history it seems that your child might be having Mumps giving this problem.
Now it seems that he might have spreading this infection to your second child.
This can happen to your younger child as well.
Keep away your both children coming in contact with younger one.
