What Causes Red Eye In A Child After A Concussion?

My 2 year old son hit his head last week really hard. it swelled up and stuck out about 3/4 of an inch off his forhead, he almost passed out. The dr. said he would have a concussion now his eye underneath the bump is red and pussy. Shiould I be concerned?

Hi, it seems he has intraocular bleeding after trauma. I suggest to drop eyes with Potassium chloride 1 drop 6 time or it will resolve by own. Don't worry. You can discuss treatment with ophthalmologist.
