What Causes Red Hard Clumps After Wiping Followed By Urination?

Hi, I am 19 years old. 5'5 and 118 lbs. Recently within the last month I have noticed when I pee there is a stong sweet almost pungent odor. It dosnt burn, and I also don't feel the urge to constantly urinate, and I drink fluids all throughout the day. Well recently when I wipe after urinating there is small red hard clumps on the tissue. Just on the tissue. I know I am not pregnat because I had my period about a week ago. I was just wondering if this could be something serious.
