General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history of passing red/maroon colored thick jelly like masses in stool yesterday, stools were olive green colored, stringy, sticky and lumpy. Passing bright red blood and green mucus for the past 5.5 weeks, have constipation, urinated blood and clots on Sunday, back to normal on Monday.
Your history is suggestive of an intestinal infection particularly of the colon and rectum called procto-colitis.
I would advise you the following in such a condition:
Send the sample of stool for three consecutive days to get a proper diagnosis.
A course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, Metronidazole may solve your problem.
If not go for the tests of blood and urine.
Colonoscopy and biopsy to get a better probable diagnosis to get a plan of further management.
CT scan of the abdomen is required.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and cause of your present symptoms and get you an appropriate treatment.
