What Causes Red Pimple Like Dots On The Face?
Hi since around mid November early December I had red dry skin on my cheeks chin and forehead I also have pimple like red dots. I notice I get itchy when Im near my dogs or around dust what can I do to make it go away...lotion makes my skin more irritated.

Hello,
It may be atopic dermatitis. However, consult the dermatologist to have a perfect diagnosis.
Antihistaminic, oral steroids in tapering dose and topical tacrolimus 0.1% ointment may be applied on the lesions.
Red dot like lesion may be a pimple, apply Clindamycin Gel. Avoid contact with suspected allergens.
