Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

Usually skin and ye conditions are best diagnosed only after visual confirmation. But by what you quote I feel its urticaria or skin allergy. I suggest you use Cetrizine oral suspension for 5 days after consulting your pediatrician.
It would be helpful if you can upload the image n this website.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
