What Causes Reddish Brown Skin Discoloration On The Side Of Forehead?

Hi - over the last couple of days I ve noticed a reddish/brown skin discolouration on the side of my forehead near my eye. It s roundish, very slightly raised, about an inch across. It s slightly rougher to the feel than my normal skin, but not itchy. Any ideas what it is? I m 5 ft 3 inches, 170 lbs (77kg) - I know, too much!! Generally healthy enough for 62 years. Thanks.
