What Causes Reddish Bumps On The Urethra?

Hi, I,m male, 50, and have red and brownish colored small bumps on my urethra (right in the line between urethra and skin and a couple a couple of millimeters into the urethra... Still visible from the opening. I ve looked and haven t seen any questions described exactly like this. There are 5-7 each pretty small, size of a ball point pen ball. They have been there about a week. I don t think it s herpies as they have not errupted and there is no real pain associated with them. Last week I was doing water sports and my guess is that friction caused this but I ve not been able to find any pictures or descrptions exactly like this. Thanks!
