What Causes Reddish Eczema-like Patches On The Face And Neck While Having A Fever?

Hello! My daughter is running a fever of 101.5. She has a rash (allergic like) on her face and neck area. She complained of being tired, sleepy, and she had a headache when I ve picked her up from school. I took her to her pediatrician last Friday due to a high fever for 2 days. Doctor checked for strep, checked her eyes, ears, nose, glands.. all normal.. however the fever returned today along with this red patchy skin.. like eczema. I am a bit worried so I am reaching out here before I take a further step to call her doctor.
