What Causes Redness And Inflammation Around The Penis ?

my 3 and a half year old, has what looks like red under and around the head of his penis....he never touches it and never lets anyone else go near it, to have a look....he is circumsized....it looks like it is sore and inflamed....what do you think could cause this?

this seems to be infection of penile region. I suggest you to send some picture of the skin lesions so that proper diagnosis and advice can be given. Take care.
