What Causes Redness And Pain In Eyes After A Migraine Attack?

I started with the migraine and then had a eye pain and noticed little reddishness on my left eye after 90 min. Massage. It's been more than 24 hrs, still have slight pain and reddish ness. My blood pressure is on a lower side 90/60. Is it normal?anything of concern?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having redness and pain in the eyes after migraine attack.
Usually migraine will not lead to redness and pain in the eyes. Attacks of narrow angle glaucoma can present as attacks of recurrent pain, redness and headache similar to migraine.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
