What Causes Redness And Sores On The Back Of The Tongue And Throat?
Hi-please...i wanna know zat-z fact is my back of tongue and throat is reddened and also has red small bumps growing at the back -also the two sides of the back has grown 1 cm bumps-this is since 1.5 years.....>>>...it gives very very foul odour..i have consulted doctor 3 times -they gave me some antibiotics, nystatin, gargle solution and anti -imflammation pills....the odour goes for 1 week but re start...Please give a remedies or solution-i go to university and have problems coz of this....thxxx in advance-i'm 170 cm tall,21 years old,47 kg,
So my suggestion is to first of all consult an ENT Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical examination should be done followed by appropriate investigations like throat swab culture, sinus x ray, blood tests etc depending on suspected cause so that treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you should start gargling with a flavoured mouthwash twice a day.. You should chew flavoured sugarfree chewing gum.. Do warm saline gargles twice a day.. Limit the intake of high aroma foods like onion and garlic.. Drink plenty of water and maintain a good oral hygiene..
Hope your query is resolved..
Regards.
