Hi i have a question about my Perineum its swollen and red I just had sexual intercourse Sunday and I m in slight pain but only when I whip the area it tingles some but not major no did color of my discharge and no different smell what could be the problem

It might be to infective causes like bacterial vaginosis or yeast. As a first line management you can use clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
