What Causes Redness, Itchiness And Swelling On Shoulder After Carrying Bags?
When I carry bags of any kind with straps on my shoulders for an extended period of time, my shoulders swell up and get red and itchy. I ve never heard of this before but it happens consistently. Same thing if I get a massage and it s too hard / on the same spot for too long. Thoughts?

Redness could be because your skin is to sensitive and because of that only some times many people also have itching so. Proms also along with that. Next is pain this indicates your shoulder and neck muscles are too weak if you have pain even when you lift minor weight. So I suggest to start doing some strengthening exercise and preferably under the guide line of physio so that you don't go wrong bio mechanically in any exercise or else it will increase you problem. Hope this was useful for you. take care
