What Causes Redness Under The Skin,atrial Fibrillation, Bell S Palsy With History Of MRSA?
My Nephew has been in the hospital for 3 days and they have not found what is causing these symptoms. He now has A-fib, a redness under the skin which is burning like a bad sunburn, bells palsies, low energy. He recently had MRSA. They thought diabetes, stroke, lyme disease, but then ruled them out. He is home now and miserable.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that his symptoms seem to be related to a chronic infection.
An autoimmune reaction could also be the cause of his symptoms.
I would recommend performing a nerve conduction study to exclude a polyneuropathy and some tests for inflammation (PCR, sedimentation rate, fibrinogen levels).
