What Causes Redness With Blistering On The Labia?

I'm 31, married, with 3 kids. The youngest is four months old. This just started today, i think. On either side of the labia it is red, feels slightly brusted, and seems like it might have a little clear discharge from a blister. However, I don't see any blister. I do have HPV but have NEVER seen a break out. Any ideas?

Well come to HCM
The symptoms are suggestive of infection and this can be best managed with Povidone local ointment and Tab Ofloxacine 40o mg twice in day for five days keep the area clean, hope this information helps.
