What Causes Regular Cracking Sound In Neck, Dizziness, Tiredness And Constant Headache?

My neck starting cracking about 3 months ago on a regular basis. I though it would just go away but it hasn t and is driving my crazy. It feels like some kind of viral infection as I get dizzy, very tired and have a constant headache. It is really getting me down and I don t know what to do about it.

With such presentations in my clinic, I would first rule out serious conditions like Meningitis with CT or MRI brain. Do you had fever in last 10 days? If yes please let me know so that I can suggest you right medicine.
