What Causes Relapse Of Loose Motions Even After Treatment?

Sir, I have loose motions accompanied with smell for a month now. I had taken Lopodium (loperamide hydrocholride) 2mg tablets on an off. Also, I had taken Enterofuryl (Nifuroxazide) 100mg tablets, again on and off. These tablets seemed to help for the following day, with absence of smell, but again the relapse happens the 3rd or 4th day. However, I never felt weak during this entire month. It's as if I am going for motions 3 or 4 times a day with nothing else changed.
