What Causes Reoccurring Sore Throat With Swelling Of Glands?

I have a re-occurring sore throat with swollen glands . Constant mucus flow, with runny nose , filled head including blocking up both ears. Kept me down for 10 days which is abnormal for me. I end up with red eye mucus at end of duration. Weird part I had same thing 3 months ago. No one in family but me which I was thought was odd. Notes no fever , stomach ache , diarrhea .

Hi
Welcome to Health care magic.

Recurring sore throat usually indicate chronic infection.
This requires treatment by the use of appropriate antibiotics depending on the culture and sensitivity report. You can start with broad spectrum antibiotics and later depending on the culture report of throat swab you can ho for the antibiotics. Do consult your doctor for examination as treatment accordingly.

Thank you
