What Causes Respiratory Infection And Pollen Allergy Attack?

Recenr respiratory infection treated with zmax. Subsequent pollen allergy attack, swollen gland under left jaw. Recurring swollen glands (every few years) since childhoob) sometimes one side, sometimes both. No fever now. Tenderness. Taking ibuprophen, warm compresses, About two weeks now. CAT scan about 1989. No stones, growths. Follow up about a year later. Negative.
