What Causes Rib Cage Pain?

I have right rib cage pain. I have been diagnosed with gastritis and duodenal infection. Is the pain caused by these? I have completed the antibiotics. Why doesn't the pain go away? I'm afraid of gallbladder problem but the ultrasound didn't show anything.

Take care
