What Causes Rib In Front And Sternum To Get Overlapped While Bending?

Hi. Why when I bend over my rib in front and sternum get overlaped? And I have to push real hard on it to get them to unhook, and is painful as hell. This happened to me before when I bent down to pick up my son and I fell to the floor, this happens every couple of months.

We have to rule out possible causes like joint dysfunction.

Consult an orthopedic and get evaluated.

An X-ray chest is required for further assessment.
