Hi thanks for contacting HCM.. Here two possibility is there..... -parasite infection from dog -bacterial colitis.... Stool examination done for detection of parsite egg or trophozoites It is treated accordingly.... Albendazole drug might needed. Second rice watery diarrhea can occur in cholera... Here any bacterial enteritis or colitis can be there.... Stool culture can be done .... For that metronidazole like antibiotic or doxycycline might needed according to cause... Maintain hydration... More water.... Soft and bland diet taken.... Probiotic tablet taken..... If still no improvement USG and if need colonoscopy with biopsy needed. Take care. Hope your concern solved.... Dr.Parth
