What Causes Right Abdominal Pain?

good afternoon, I ve been getting extreme pain in the right side of my abdomen. Was diagnosed with ulcers a year ago but they have calmed down. I do have one ovary left on the right and have had some issues with that hurting on occasion. Just worry about the pancreas. i m a 58 year old woman. not overweight but have not been active for awhile because of foot surgery. Thank you Deborah

Hi,

Do you have any other complaints like fever, vomiting or painful/frequent micturition? This may be from conditions like renal colic, urine infection or appendicitis. ulcer and pancreas is unlikely to cause pain on right side of abdomen. But it is difficult to comment without above said details and an abdominal examination. Your doctor will guide you. Meanwhile, take paracetamol+dicyclomie (like cyclopam tablet) for pain relief.
