What Causes Right Jaw Pain And Left Side Face Pain?
I have sudden right jaw pain and tingling sensation under my left armpit and the left side of my face. I am a 46 yr old female. I had a partial throidectomy about 10 years ago. I have recently developed a rash diagnosed by a dermatologist as grannuloma annular, however, I am not diabetic
As the tingling and numbness are related to nerve pathology and needs an assessment on a clinical basis. If the pain is in the jaw and face then it can be related to the cranial nerve and the examination of the same is advised under a neurologist. Since you had the past medical history of thyroidectomy, there might be some weakness of the muscles of the neck leading to nerve impingement which is my assumption. But with the help of a neurologist examination, it will be good to have a diagnosis of the same.
Post which with simple medication and exercise for the neck, shoulder you should do well.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
