What Causes Right Side Stomach Pains With Redness?

Hello,I have had left side pains for years and they did a endoscopy when I was younger for my left side pains and now I m 23 my left side still hurts but my stomach and right side hurt beyond belief also my stomach feels like there is a ball inside it which hurts too. I just had an endoscopy done the other day which turned out to be fine just like the others did before but this time I had a biopsy done and it showed redness in my stomach. Can anyone help me please I m in so much pain what is causing these problems. Kisha.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of stomach being red as seen in Endoscopy. But your major concern is pain in the right and the left side of the abdomen and feeling like a ball moving inside with lots of pain.
The causes are:
Intestinal obstruction in sub-acute way or
a lump in the abdomen in the form of a mass or a cyst.
I would advise in such a case the following:
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography and CT scan of the abdomen to find the cause.
Enteroclysis using barium or so to find any obstructing lesion
Clinical evaluation and further tests of stool, blood and urine.
All these things will help to get a cause and hence the plan to get a proper treatment, which may be a surgical one.
