What Causes Right-sided Abdominal And Lower Back Pain Long After Having Gastritis?

I have almost constant pain in URQ, sometimes it gets better after eating, sometimes it gets worse. I have had gastritis before, but this feels much worse. A very, very tender spot in one specific spot right below rib on right side. I have had an ultrasound done which showed that I do not have gallstones. I have pretty severe low back pain as well, a burning feeling low and mostly on the right. Could they be related?.
