What Causes Right-sided Pain And Numbness In The Head After Running?

I ran into the side of a car that ran a stop sign 9/12/16. I went forward and back really fast the back of my head inside hurt really bad. I am still having the numb felling in my head and the right side feels like it is saggy and my right eye will fell slightly like it is being pulled down i had neck problems also. should i feel this lethargic still

Headache or pain the opposite side of the head
Blurry vision, sensory deprivation, or dizziness
Changes in sleep patterns, either too little or too much, Mood or mental changes, numbness. But nothing to worry about it, just consult your neurologist will take scan and treat you accordingly.
