What Causes Right Sided Pain From Stomach Into Back?
Im havin pain on my right said right about in the middle. Feels like someone is stabbin me from my stomach into my back. It makes me not want to eat cause i feel like i want to throw up i feel hot an clamy an sometimes get lightheaded. Other than that im pretty healthy im 22 year old just had a baby 2 months ago.
Mostly in middle stomach pain suggest toward gastritis or ulcer. Take Rabeprazole plus Domperidone combination drug for few days.
Avoid gastric irritants like excess tea, coffee, spicy foods, fried, non-veg, etc. Cooked oatmeal helps in soothing the stomach. Take yoghurt daily in diet. If no improvement, USG abdomen, barium x-ray or endoscopy like further investigations needed according to the examination. You can discuss all these with your treating doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Parth Goswami
